What printing materials do you use for your artwork?
We use gallery-grade 200gsm acid-free matte paper and archival Giclée inks to ensure your prints remain vibrant and resistant to fading for decades.
Are the frames included with the art prints?
Our prints are available both unframed and framed. If you select a framed option, your art arrives ready-to-hang in a premium timber, black, or white frame with shatterproof plexiglass.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking link via email once dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Inka Arthouse ships worldwide. We partner with local production hubs in various countries to minimize shipping times and reduce our carbon footprint.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the artwork is in its original packaging and condition.
